The Emanuelson Firm, P.C. is one of the relatively small number of full-service law firms willing to publish its flat fees and estimated fees online. Our fees are set at a level to be affordable, while providing the resources necessary to deliver the high quality of service our clients have come to expect from this Firm. Certain types of projects, such as trademark applications, can be billed on a flat fee basis. Other projects, such as patent applications, are billed hourly according to an estimated budget, which will vary depending on the scope of the disclosure and complexity of the invention. We can provide a more detailed estimate for any project after reviewing the specific details.
Please note that the flat fees set forth below do not, unless otherwise stated, include fees payable to the government. The United States Patent and Trademark Office changes its fees regularly, which are published on the USPTO website at https://www.uspto.gov/learning-and-resources/fees-and-payment/uspto-fee-schedule.
