Meet Intellectual Property Attorney Ken Emanuelson

In over 20 years of experience securing, prosecuting and asserting his clients’ intellectual property rights, Ken’s career has included work with a wide variety of intellectual property assets, including utility patents, copyrights, design patents, trade and service marks and trade secrets across a broad range of technologies.

Ken’s background and experience deliver the knowledge and skills needed to provide strong and steady representation to clients both large and small. He has been named or actively involved in the preparation and prosecution of over 100 United States Patents and has asserted and defended intellectual property rights in the federal courts of Texas, California, New York, Massachusetts, Florida, and Colorado.

Prior to forming the Emanuelson Firm, Ken worked for one of the premier law firms in Dallas and served as outside patent counsel for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the telecommunications and energy industries.
